Pellet press EPZ 760-30 40 T Hydraulic with CE
Detailed Product Description
Our recently developed pellet press performs pelleting of sawdust and biomass.
The edge koller-wheels can be hydraulically moved from outside with a pressure of up to 40 tons. This is possible by means of a hydraulic cylinder which moves the wheels. When reliving pressure the head lifts up from the die.
By this way one can change during pelleting process the gap between wheels and matrix and a pressure of up to 40 tons can be put on to the die.
This is a definite advantage regarding exactness and quality of the pellets.
The parameters can be repeated any time needed in working process.
3 temperature sensors are integrated for die, head, and gear.
All necessary parameters are available at any time needed when pelleting.
The basic housing is produced of grey cast iron GGG 40, material thickness 30 mm.
Weight of housing approximately 340 Kg.
Gear box: 178 rpm and 1450 Nm, motor 30 kW.
For production we only use steels made in Japan or Germany.
All parts are made of steel DIN 1.2080 and are hardened to 55-58 HRC.
